Special Education Social Workers

We work specifically with a caseload of students that have social work services on their IEP. We work with any students in crisis situations to provide mental health assistance along with supporting teachers and students in the classroom.

I provide:

*Social/Emotional/Crisis intervention support for students/families

*Check grades/attendance

*Communicate with parents

*Home visits when appropriate

*Collaborate with teachers and staff

*Assist students to stay on track to graduate

*Attend meetings for students

*Summer school for students

*Advocate for students
