Mr. Ragsdale was born in Topeka and attended Johnson County Community College and then Washburn University where he graduate with a teaching degree. This is Mike’s second year as a teacher and his first year at Highland Park High School. In addition to his teaching assignment, Michael is also an Assistant Football and Assistant Track Coach.
