It's a proven fact that students do better academically and enjoy school more if they are involved in school activities.  Students are encouraged to participate in as many activities as possible. Students will be recognized with a Participation Award according to the following guidelines:

Freshmen who participate and complete the season in at least three different sports/activities during one school year.

Sophomores, juniors, and seniors who participate in at least three different sports/activities during one school year will be awarded medals.

Sports: football, cross country, volleyball, tennis, basketball, wrestling, track, soccer, baseball, softball, and golf.

Activities: debate, forensics, math relays, musical theater, drama, Scot Singers, band, Scholar's Bowl, drill team, ROTC drill team, cheerleading, Model U.N., strings, and color guard.
